Chlosyne nycteis is a species of butterflies in the family brush-footed butterflies. They visit flowers of Rudbeckia, blackeyed Susan, Monarda fistulosa, and Asclepias tuberosa. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 42.5 mm.
