Nymphaea odorata (American White Waterlily) is a species of perennial herb in the family waterlilies. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, North America, Cuba, El Salvador, Canada, United States, Eastern North America, Honduras, The Bahamas, and Mexico. Flowers are visited by Honey bee, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and Schwarz's Masked Bee.
