Heliotropium angiospermum (Scorpion's Tail) is a species of shrub in the family Boraginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Piauí, Mata AtlâNtica, Alagoas, Sergipe, Caatinga, ParaíBa, Rio Grande Do Norte, Ceará, Pernambuco, and Rio De Janeiro. They have simple, simple leaves. Flowers are visited by Apis mellifera, Scolia nobilitata, Agapostemon splendens, and Silver-Banded Hairstreak.
