Valeriana scandens (Florida Valerian) is a species of perennial herb in the family Caprifoliaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Paraná, Bahia, Santa Catarina, Mata Atlântica, SãO Paulo, Rio Grande Do Sul, Maranhao, Caatinga, Pará, Puerto Rico, Rio De Janeiro, Amazônia, Cerrado, Espirito Santo, The Contiguous United States, and Minas Gerais. They have achenes.
