Centaurea stoebe (Spotted Knapweed) is a species of biennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Brown-belted Bumblebee, Halictus confusus, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and Hesperia comma colorado.
