Pinus sylvestris (Scotch Pine) is a species of tree in the family pines. They are native to Eastern North America, United States, and northern hemisphere. They have dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Long-lipped Andrena, Eurasian red squirrel, and Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 40 m.
