메고프리스과(Megophryidae)는 개구리목 중와아목에 속하는 양서류 과의 하나이다. 히말라야 산맥 동쪽 산기슭에서부터 남쪽으로 인도네시아와 동남아시아 해양의 대순다 열도, 그리고 멀리 필리핀까지 분포한다.[1] 2014년 기준으로, 9개 속에 180여 종을 포함하고 있다.[2]
