Vachellia tortilis is a species of tree in the family Fabaceae. It has compound, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Cellariella somalica (Magretti 1899), Leaf-cutter and Resin Bees, Masked Bees, and Pseudapis interstitinervis (Strand 1912). It is a photoautotroph.
