Canavalia rosea (Bay Bean) is a species of perennial herb in the family Fabaceae. They are climbers. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Rio Grande Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Ceará, Bahia, Paraná, Mata AtlâNtica, AmazôNia, SãO Paulo, Maranhao, Pernambuco, Rio De Janeiro, Pará, Sergipe, Rio Grande Do Norte, Alagoas, ParaíBa, and Espirito Santo. They have compound, compound leaves. Flowers are visited by Mexican Sheartail, Euglossa dilemma, and Eulaema polychroma.
