Juncus trifidus (Highland Rush) is a species of perennial grass in the family rushes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Greenland, The Contiguous United States, Eastern North America, Canada, and Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.15 m.
