Buxus (Boxwoods) is a genus of tree in the family Buxaceae. They are native to U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Mallota bautias, Honey bee, Compsomyiops calllipes, and Eastern Carpenter Bee.
