Lejeunea flava is a species of woody liverworts in the family Lejeuneaceae. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul, Pampa, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Sergipe, Mato Grosso, Distrito Federal, Caatinga, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Tocantins, Acre (Brazil), Minas Gerais, GoiáS, Cerrado, Roraima, ParaíBa, Paraná, Maranhao, SãO Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Pernambuco, Amazônia, Rio De Janeiro, Pantanal, RondôNia, Ceará, Pará, Alagoas, and Espirito Santo.
