Asterias rubens (Common Starfish) is a species of echinoderms in the family Asteriidae. They are native to Arctic Ocean and Atlantic Ocean. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 520 mm. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous. They are slow moving burrowers.
