Ctenitis submarginalis (Brown Hair Lace Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family wood ferns. They are native to Ceará, GoiáS, Rio Grande Do Sul, Mata Atlântica, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, The Contiguous United States, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, SãO Paulo, Mato Grosso, Espirito Santo, Paraná, Cerrado, Rio Grande Do Norte, Alagoas, and Amazônia. They have bipinnate + pinnatifid leaves. They have alternation of generations.
