Eriodictyon californicum (California Yerba Santa) is a species of shrub in the family Boraginaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Western North America, United States, and North America. They have purple flowers and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Pale Swallowtail, Vanessa cardui, Behr's Great Basin Wood Nymph, and Callippe Fritillary. Individuals can grow to 8 feet.
