Viola pedata (Birdfoot Violet) is a species of perennial herb in the family Violaceae. They are listed as endangered by COSEWIC. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, North America, and Eastern North America. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Vanessa virginiensis, Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Pure Green Augochlora, and Aporus niger.
