Cucumis sativus (cucumber) is a herbaceous species of plants in the family Cucurbitaceae, and a climber. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It has simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Black Tail Bumble Bee, Melissodes bimaculatus, sweat bees, and sweat bees. It is a photoautotroph.
