Lysimachia maritima (Black Saltwort) is a species of perennial herb in the family Primulaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Western North America, The Contiguous United States, Alaska, Canada, North America, and Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon. They have simple, broad leaves, white flowers, and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 0.9 feet.
