Acer campestre (Field Maple) is a species of tree in the family Sapindaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have simple, broad leaves and dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Portevinia maculata, Nomada panzeri, Criorhina berberina, and Nomada hirtipes. Individuals can grow to 20 m.
