Ptilimnium capillaceum (Herbwilliam) is a species of annual herb in the family umbellifers. They are native to Puerto Rico, The Contiguous United States, and Eastern USA. Flowers are visited by Chrysanthrax cypris, Pygmy Chafer, Hylephila phylaeus, and Macrosiagon cruenta. Individuals can grow to 5 dm.
