Asclepias speciosa (Showy Milkweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family Apocynaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and United States. They have white flowers. Flowers are visited by California Pipevine Swallowtail, rabies virus, Common Wood Nymph, and Mitoura gryneus. Individuals can grow to 6 feet.
