Nicotiana glauca is a species of shrub in the family nightshades. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Calypte anna, Costa's Hummingbird, Hylocharis leucotis, and Black-chinned Hummingbird. Individuals can grow to 2.8 m.
