Echium vulgare (Common Viper's Bugloss) is a species of perennial herb in the family Boraginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Andrena humilis, hedge brown, Green-veined White, and lulworth skipper. Individuals can grow to 0.55 m.
