Verbena bonariensis (Purpletop Vervain) is a species of annual herb in the family Verbenaceae. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul and Pampa. Flowers are visited by Tree Bumble Bee, meadow brown, Asian swallowtail, and Hylephila phylaeus.
