Octopus vulgaris (Common Octopus) is a species of cephalopods in the family Octopodidae. They are native to Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, and Pacific Ocean. Dead Common Octopus form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 3000 mm.
