Myriophyllum aquaticum (Parrot Feather Watermilfoil) is a species of perennial herb in the family Haloragaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Mata Atlântica, Chile, Paraguay, Brazil, Pantanal, Rio Grande Do Sul, Argentina, Peru, Cerrado, Bolivia, Sergipe, Espirito Santo, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Rio De Janeiro, Mato Grosso, SãO Paulo, Ecuador, Pampa, Alagoas, and Mato Grosso Do Sul. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.2 m.
