Mikania cordifolia (Hemp Vine) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They are climbers. They are native to Mata Atlântica, Mato Grosso, Pernambuco, ParaíBa, Sergipe, U.S. Virgin Islands, Amazônia, SãO Paulo, Amapá, Rio Grande Do Norte, Rio Grande Do Sul, Pampa, Piauí, Paraná, RondôNia, The Contiguous United States, Ceará, Puerto Rico, Santa Catarina, Cerrado, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Espirito Santo, Pará, Maranhao, Tocantins, Rio De Janeiro, GoiáS, Alagoas, Bahia, Distrito Federal, and Minas Gerais. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Lasioglossum miniatulum, Scarlet-Bodied Wasp Moth, Augochloropsis sumptuosa, and Trichopoda plumipes.
