Minute Clingfish

Description: Characterized by white body color with pair of broad maroon stripes on head and body; narrow stripe on lower cheek and opercle, extending to ventral most part of body on posterior side; dorsal rays 12; anal rays 10; pectoral rays 16-17; caudal rays 18; very small pelvic disc, 9.0 in SL; head length 2.8 in SL (Ref. 90102).

Oviparous, distinct pairing during breeding (Ref. 205).

Found on sponge on a rubble bottom in 70 m depth (Ref. 90102).
