Virola elongata is a species of tree in the family Myristicaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to AmazôNia, Amapá, RondôNia, Roraima, Pará, South America, Mato Grosso, and Acre (Brazil). They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 15 m.
