Fraxinus (Ash) is a genus of plants in the family Oleaceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Eastern North America and North America. Flowers are visited by Stylogaster neglecta, Elachiptera, Myolepta varipes, and Palmodes. Individuals can grow to 18 m.
