Martes foina (Beech Marten) is a species of mammals in the family Mustelidae. It is found in the Indo-Malayan Realm and the Palearctic. It is a solitary carnivore. Individuals are known to live for 217.2 months and can grow to 1700 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Beech Marten relies on arboreal (locomotion) to move around.
