Description: Hemicordulia tau It was 42C here on Sunday 15 Dec. While I was outside a dragonfly fell out of the sky landing on its back on the hot pavers nearby. I picked it up gently by its legs and put it on my hand up the right way. It wasn't very well. After I sat it on a leaf under the verandah, it soon put its legs out to support itself and then its head. We took a few photos and left it in the shade. When we returned, the dragonfly was gone.
