Sorbus aucuparia (European Rowan) is a species of tree in the family Rosaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have compound, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Common carder bumblebee, Hoplocampa alpina, Bumble Bees, and wasps, bees, and ants. Individuals can grow to 40 feet.
