Nesticus barrowsi Gertsch 1984

Nesticus barrowsi est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Nesticidae^[1].

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique du Tennessee aux États-Unis^[1],[2]. Elle se rencontre dans le comté de Blount dans les grottes Tuckaleeche Caverns et Gregory Cave^[3].

Description

Le mâle holotype mesure 4,50 mm et la femelle 4,35 mm^[3]. Les yeux sont très réduits.

Étymologie

Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur de William Morton Barrows^[3].
