Euphorbia lathyris (Caper Spurge) is a species of annual herb in the family Euphorbiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Afranthidium nitidorubrum, Honey bee, Afranthidium braunsi, and Megachile bituberculata. Individuals can grow to 0.66 m.
