Fagus sylvatica (European Beech) is a species of tree in the family Fagaceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Grey-patched Mining Bee, early mining bee, Yellow-legged Mining Bee, and Bicoloured Miner. Individuals can grow to 35 m.
