Calycophyllum megistocaulum is a species of tree in the family Rubiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Acre (Brazil), Mato Grosso, RondôNia, and Amazônia. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 45 m.
