This insect was found in Point Loma, San Diego (Lat: 32.7273, Lon: -117.2328). This cricket is part of the Orthoptera order of insects are herbivorous insects that feed off of roots and grass. Because they live off of grass and roots they can usually be found living near their food source. This insect is a part of the High Tech High Insects of San Diego Field Guide.
