Life Cycle
provided by INBio
Immature stages have been collected from wet soil around springs and seepage areas about 30-120 cm from water, and under rotting logs partially buried in wet soil, and along the margins of spring-fed ponds. The larvae can burrow quite deeply in the soil to avoid desiccation during dry periods.
