Rinorea guianensis is a species of tree in the family Violaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Sergipe, Amapá, Pará, Acre (Brazil), Roraima, Mato Grosso, Tocantins, Amazônia, Espirito Santo, RondôNia, Alagoas, Rio De Janeiro, Pernambuco, Mata Atlântica, and Bahia. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 20 m.
