Gastrana matadoa (Ridged Tellin) is a species of mussels in the family Tellinidae. They are native to Mauritanian Exclusive Economic Zone, Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, Congolese Exclusive Economic Zone, Namibia, Senegalese Exclusive Economic Zone, Cape Verde, and Indian Ocean. Individuals can grow to 29 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are facultatively mobile animals.
