Nesticus holsingeri Gertsch 1984

Nesticus holsingeri est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Nesticidae^[1].

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique de Virginie aux États-Unis^[1],[2]. Elle se rencontre dans des grottes dans les comtés de Scott, de Lee et de Wise^[3].

Description

Le mâle holotype mesure 3,25 mm et la femelle paratype 4,5 mm^[3]. Les yeux sont très réduits.

Étymologie

Cette espèce est nommée en l'honneur de John R. Holsinger^[3].
