Vicia cracca (bird vetch) is a herbaceous species of plants in the family Fabaceae, and a climber. It has compound, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Northern Amber Bumble Bee, Silver-spotted Skipper, Lycaena hyllus, and Common Eastern Bumblebee. It is a photoautotroph.
