Desmodium scorpiurus (Scorpion Ticktrefoil) is a species of shrub in the family legumes. They have a procumbent growth form. They are native to Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso Do Sul, AmazôNia, Pernambuco, GoiáS, RondôNia, Bahia, Puerto Rico, Caatinga, Acre (Brazil), Mato Grosso, Cerrado, U.S. Virgin Islands, Roraima, and Pará. They have compound, broad leaves.
