Rosa bracteata (Macartney Rose) is a species of shrub in the family Rosaceae. They are obligate climbers. They are native to Japan, China, and Taiwan. Flowers are visited by Halictus ligatus, Lasioglossum coreopsis, Augochlorella gratiosa, and American bumble bee. Individuals can grow to 1.5 m.
