Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy) is a species of annual herb in the family Papaveraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and orange flowers. Flowers are visited by Vosnesensky Bumble Bee, Bumble Bees, Lasioglossum, and leaf beetles. Individuals can grow to 1.2 feet.
