Persicaria amphibia (Amphibious Bistort) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, South America, Alaska, North America, and Canada. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and achenes. Flowers are visited by Nomad Bees, Vanessa cardui, hedge brown, and Confusing Bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 0.5 m.
