Achyranthes bidentata (Ox Knee) is a species of perennial herb in the family Amaranthaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Yellowjackets, Ceratina japonica, and sweat bees. Individuals can grow to 1.8 m.
