Eriogonum flavum (Alpine Golden Buckwheat) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, Alaska, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Pseudepipona herrichii, Plebejus shasta pitkinensis, Euphilotes enoptes ancilla, and Euphilotes glaucon.
