Eriogonum heracleoides (Parsnipflower Buckwheat) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, Western North America, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Satyrium fuliginosa, Phoebus Parnassian, Arctics, and Tharsalea heteronea.
